JWT Employment Communications? Interactive Strategist, Shelley Rees has worked in the advertising industry for 12 years in the areas of direct marketing and emerging online media as well as setting up her own recruitment-focused online agency with two colleagues. The agency expanded and was bought out by JWT Employment Communications in 2004; Shelley has since headed up interactive strategy for many of the agency?s regional and global clients such as PwC, the Metropolitan Police, Merrill Lynch and Microsoft. She moved from London to Chicago in July of this year to continue that role while based in the US.
John Duffield, also an expert in the interactive field, has been working in the interactive industry since 2001. Coming from a design and technical background with a keen eye for the user experience, John has used his skills to lead and manage the production of many online recruitment campaigns, projects and initiatives in Australia, Europe and now the US. Moving from JWT Employment Communications, London to the agency?s Los Angeles office in late 2006, John currently heads up the interactive division of one of their largest accounts: The Boeing Company.
